Overview
Waste Falcon respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL on this site.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
