Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of wastefalcon.com and to dumpster rentals booked with Waste Falcon Dumpster Rentals ("Waste Falcon," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a dumpster, you agree to them. If a written order, booking confirmation, or rental agreement you receive from us says something different, that document controls for that rental.

Quotes, pricing, and availability

• Sending a form or calling for a quote does not create a rental or a contract. Your rental is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.
• Prices, dumpster sizes, rental periods, weight allowances, and service areas shown on this site are general information. They can change, and your final price depends on your location, dumpster size, rental length, and what you're throwing away.
• Availability depends on our schedule and inventory. We'll do our best to meet your requested date but can't guarantee it until it's confirmed.
• We work to keep the site accurate, but if we find an error in a listed price or detail, we'll tell you before your rental is confirmed.

Dumpster rental terms

When you book a dumpster with Waste Falcon, the person placing the order is responsible for the container, its contents, and the rental fees.

Prohibited items

You may not place the following in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerants, asbestos, or medical waste. Prohibited items may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.

Weight limits

Each dumpster size has a weight limit (see our dumpster sizes page). Overages may incur additional per-ton fees, disclosed before pickup.

Placement and damage

You're responsible for the placement location, including any permits your city or HOA requires for placement on a street or shared property. Waste Falcon is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by delivery or pickup of the container.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. Flat-rate pricing covers delivery, pickup, disposal, and the agreed rental period. Extensions may incur additional fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before dispatch are free. Once the truck is en route or the container is placed, a trip fee may apply.

Using this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or requests on someone else's behalf without permission
• Send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions through our forms
• Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• Copy or scrape the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

Our content

The Waste Falcon name, logo, and the text, photos, and graphics on this site belong to Waste Falcon or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages and to print pages for your own reference. Please don't copy, republish, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you think something on this site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy.

Third-party links and services

The site links to outside services such as our online booking page, Google Maps, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices. Disclaimers

Blog posts, guides, and size or weight estimates on this site are general information to help you plan. They aren't professional, legal, or engineering advice, and local rules (such as permit requirements) vary. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waste Falcon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Texas law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes don't affect a rental that's already confirmed unless you agree.
